KARALUB Gear Oils
Extreme-pressure (EP) gear lubricants that protect heavy-duty gearboxes in mills, mixers and industrial drivetrains.
Product Overview
About KARALUB Gear Oils
KARALUB gear oils are formulated with a sulfur-phosphorus additive package to withstand shock loading and high contact pressure at the gear tooth surface, preventing corrosion and premature wear.
Designed for enclosed industrial gearboxes in cement mills, steel production lines and heavy mining equipment, these oils perform strongly under FZG scuffing load tests.

Performance Advantages
What Sets KARALUB GEAR-EP Apart
Shock-Load Durability
The sulfur-phosphorus EP package forms a sacrificial protective film activated at the instant of high-pressure gear tooth contact.
Thermal Stability
High oxidation resistance prevents sludge and deposit formation at elevated gearbox operating temperatures.
Reduced Foaming
A dedicated anti-foam formulation prevents lubrication pressure loss in high-circulation gearboxes.
